Shipping/Receiving Info

Directions:

1. Review Terms and Conditions for shipment handling by Southeast Homeschool Expo / Southeastern Convention Services below on this page.
2. Complete Shipment Handling Form at the bottom of this page to submit your handling request and pre-pay handling charges. If you don’t how many boxes/pallets you will be shipping back to your office from the show then please estimate. We can adjust, refund, or invoice any differences after the final shipments out.
3. If shipping directly to show site, your shipment MUST arrive on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at the Cobb Galleria between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. No Exceptions. THE COBB GALLERIA CHARGES EXORBITANT HOLDING CHARGES ON BOXES ARRIVING EARLY. (Specify on your “shipping label” to deliver on Thursday, July 31, 2025).
4. Shipment must be delivered to:
   Cobb Galleria Centre
   c/o SE Homeschool Expo
   2 Galleria Parkway SE
   Atlanta, GA 30339

5. Shipment must be labeled with your “Exhibitor Name”, for us to identify which booth to deliver your materials. SAMPLE LABEL is shown below.

6. If you want us to ship material/boxes/pallets back after the Expo, then you must provide shipping information, labels for shipping and payment for shipping. You must also submit the Shipment Handling Form below again for your outbound shipment if you have not done so already.

Notes and Information About Shipment Handling for the Southeast Homeschool Expo

• All inbound shipments will be placed within the company’s exhibit booth. Please check there first when you arrive for your shipment. If it is not in the booth when you check, please check tracking information with the shipment’s carrier first to see if it is still in transit to the Cobb Galleria Centre
• If you are certain that the shipment has arrived on-site but it is not located in your booth, please see the Exhibitor Help Desk at the back of the exhibit hall. More than likely the shipment is still waiting to be delivered to the booth by the help desk staff or the Cobb Galleria Centre has received it and is holding the shipment. In the case that the Cobb Galleria Centre is holding your shipment, please let the Southeast Homeschool Expo know and we will retrieve it from the them and deliver to your booth.
