Ryan is the Director of Highlands Latin Cottage Schools in Louisville Kentucky. He works with individuals to establish and grow Cottage School programs in their area. Ryan holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Nikky, homeschool their six children in Louisville.
