Dr. Randy Blackmon is director of Enrollment and Strategic Projects at University System of Georgia eCampus. He is responsible for enrollment services; serving dual enrollment, homeschool, military, adult learners, and traditional students. He holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education Management from the University of Georgia, an MBA from Trident University International, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mississippi. Prior to his arrival to eCampus, Randy completed over 32 years in the U.S. Navy serving on multiple at sea and combat deployments. He ultimately commanded the carrier based squadron, VAW-116 Sun Kings and holds the rank of Captain, U.S. Navy (retired).
