With over 30 years of combined experience, Melissa Barger and Laurel Gross bring extensive and diverse experience both from the college counseling and college admissions perspective. Melissa worked in enrollment management at six competitive colleges and universities spanning from elite liberal arts colleges to medical and research universities. Laurel has a combined total of 20 years of college advising, career coaching, and human resource experience. She has worked with a wide variety of students helping them with college search strategies, essay writing, resume writing, and developing college interview skills.
