Lisa Riportella is currently the HOST FAMILY MANAGER for Southwestern Advantage, helping families and students overcome cultural, generational and personal obstacles to ensure positive relationships in the host family settings. She has worked in cultural exchange for 30 years, while raising 5 children of her own and hosting over 300 international visitors through International High School exchange, Rotary International and Educational Summer Camp Exchange. Lisa was an on-air radio personality and events/program director in Maine before moving to Virginia where she now enjoys 2 granddaughters and 50+ chickens.
