Kim A. Howe, M.S.

Kim A. Howe has been an educational consultant for school systems in North Carolina where she taught certification courses for teachers pursuing licensure in gifted education. Kim received her MS in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University. Kim has coordinated gifted programs for schools in North Carolina and Texas.
