Dr. Joe Rouw is a developmental optometrist who provides vision evaluations and vision therapy services. Dr. Rouw earned his Fellowship in Vision Development and Vision Therapy through College of Optometrists in Vision Development in 2014 and he is the current Georgia State Coordinator for the Special Olympics Healthy Eyes vision screening held annually at the Georgia Special Olympics Summer games.
