Dr. Shawonna Coleman is Director of Innovation and Expansion at Junior Achievement of Georgia and CEO of Eclectic Educational Solutions, LLC.Shawonna, a proud graduate of Jackson State University and Clark Atlanta University, began her career in education as an Assistant Teacher eventually transitioning into teaching elementary and high school courses. She was featured in the Los Angeles Times and on CBS News Atlanta in 2013 for her innovative teaching practices as well as served in several roles while working in Atlanta Public Schools.
Currently, she manages the statewide expansion of Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship, and Career Readiness programs for Junior Achievement of Georgia where she takes pride in empowering over 65,000 youth to break the cycle of generational poverty.
