David E. Mugg is a retired Army Infantry and Special Operations Officer, published author, entrepreneur, and happily married proud father of 3 boys. He holds a BS from West Point and 2 Masters Degrees, and he ran the Army Special Operations Language School from 2007-08 where he increased the graduation rate by 40%.
